2024 was an exceptional year: it was my first full season w2w racing, and I got to do it with my best friends while traveling the country with a remarkable series called GLTC.

We're doing it again in 2025, so we wanted to document some notable statistics and fun facts from the 2024 season.

Fun Facts

We had an Airbnb with two toilets facing each other in the same bathroom. 'Dueling toilets.'

Due to road construction, we got lost leaving Mid-Ohio, and stopped the big rig to ask an Amish fellow in a horse-drawn carriage for directions.

Carlos's car was always on top in the stacker trailer, so we could judge if it had any leaks based on the puddles on my car.

Nick forgot to leave his car in gear at Road America, and after the brakes cooled off, the car rolled out of its paddock spot and ended up in a vendor's tent across the road.

Heading to pick up the tow rig we left in the mid-west between events, Carlos almost missed his 5 AM flight after arriving at the airport late and not having PreCheck.

The house we stayed at for Lime Rock Park was over 100 years old and situated behind the track's front stretch.

In Christy's absence, Matt made some killer sandwiches at Mid-Ohio and then taunted us about it for the rest of the season.

We can't wait for the start of the 2025 season in April!
